1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account on WipeMySocial or installing our Chrome extension, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.
2. Service description
WipeMySocial provides browser-based automation tools that help users delete their own content from social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter/X, and Instagram. The service consists of a Chrome extension, a web dashboard, and associated APIs.
3. User responsibilities
You are responsible for your use of the service. Specifically:
- You must only use WipeMySocial to delete your own content from accounts you own.
- You must not use the service to delete content from other people's accounts.
- You understand that deletions are permanent and irreversible.
- You are responsible for downloading a backup of your data from each platform before using our service.
- You must not share your license key with others.
4. Platform terms
Social media platforms may have their own terms of service regarding automated access. While WipeMySocial is designed to mimic human behavior and minimize detection, we cannot guarantee that using our service will not violate a platform's terms. You use WipeMySocial at your own risk and WipeMySocial is not liable for any consequences from social media platforms, including account restrictions or suspension.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions are billed through Razorpay on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). GST (18%) is added to the subscription price as required by Indian tax law. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No pro-rated refunds are provided for partial months/years.
6. Free tier
The free plan allows up to 50 deletions per month on Facebook only. Free tier access may be modified or discontinued at our discretion with reasonable notice.
7. Refund policy
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided once a subscription has been activated. If you experience technical issues preventing the service from functioning, contact us at contact@wipemysocial.com and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.
8. Limitation of liability
WipeMySocial is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any loss of data, account restrictions imposed by social media platforms, or any other damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
9. Service availability
Social media platforms frequently update their interfaces, which may temporarily break our automation. We strive to update the extension promptly when this happens, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for periods when the service is unavailable due to platform changes.
10. Intellectual property
WipeMySocial, its name, logo, and software are the property of Lohit Tummalapenta. Facebook, Twitter, X, and Instagram are trademarks of their respective owners. WipeMySocial is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, X Corp, or any social media platform.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India.
