Is WipeMySocial safe to use? +
Yes. WipeMySocial runs entirely in your browser. We never see, store, or transmit your social media credentials or content. The extension simply automates the same delete actions you would do manually — just much faster.
Will I get banned from Facebook or Twitter? +
We use randomized delays and human-like behavior patterns to minimize detection. While no tool can guarantee zero risk, thousands of users use similar tools daily without issues. You can also adjust the speed settings to be more conservative.
Can I undo a deletion? +
No. Deletions are permanent and irreversible. Once content is deleted from the platform, it cannot be recovered. We strongly recommend downloading your data archive from each platform before using WipeMySocial.
Do I need to keep my browser open? +
For the Chrome extension, yes — the browser tab needs to stay open while the deletion is running. You can switch to other tabs or drag it into a separate window. The desktop app (coming soon) handles this in the background.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and wallets through Razorpay. All payments are processed securely — we never handle your payment details directly.
Can I cancel anytime? +

What platforms does WipeMySocial support? +
Currently Facebook, Twitter/X, and Instagram. We are actively working on adding support for more platforms including LinkedIn, Reddit, and Discord.

Does WipeMySocial store my social media password? +
No. We never ask for or store your social media passwords. The extension works because you are already logged into your social media accounts in your browser. We simply automate the clicking.
